Infant mortality, prenatal care, and maternal health are all descriptive titles that have been used to identify, study, and address a health disparity that many mothers face every day. For over 30 years, we have been committed to serving the community's needs, and we are proud to bring this program and coordinate initiatives to our organization. We will offer counseling, connect mothers to health professionals and resources, and partner with mothers from the beginning of their pregnancy to the birth of their baby.
We can make a difference by ensuring that every mother has a chance to have a healthy baby and, moreover, that baby has a chance to thrive. We are partnering with seasoned professionals who will assist with ensuring that the programs we offer are the best fit for our beneficiaries. This is another way we can make a difference in the communities we serve.
